MI5:
1. What are you currently driving? What do you like and dislike about it?
I'm driving a '93 Buick Century Stawag, 3.3 liter V-6. It's the best in terms of amount of cargo space, combined with realistic gas mileage (23.9 ave.) and comfort, gotta get the air-con fixed, though. The price was right, $2700 three years ago, and maintainance is cheap. But I do get tired of driving the "family truckster." Wish I had a garage, and could maintain two cars; have something sportier when I don't have to haul stuff.
2. Does your current vehicle have any strange quirks?
It has a low grinding sound ever since I got it that we have never figured out where it comes from. And the rear window defogger can't work. When you press on the brakes, the rear window defogger switch comes on automatically, but it doens't do anything!
3. Tell us a funny/unusual story about you and a car.
Just that after driving all the way to Boston, I got out of the car and locked the door only to find that I'd left the keys inside, and didn't have a hidden set! Then I had to call AAA and found out how hard it was for even them to break in....maybe that's good?
4. If you could pick any car as your daily driver, what would you pick?
Man, billy and I were on the same wavelength here...I was thinking of the Audi TT also!
5. If money were no object, and you could have any car you wanted, what would it be. Why?
Lambourghini Countach
or
34 Hot Rod, chopped and channelled
maybe on old Merc

Well, we finally got confirmation that our new band "Three Button Deluxe" is opening up the festivities at this year's Rockland Lobster Festival, Wednesday night, August 4, 5:30-7:30 at the North Tent.
Being that it will probably be hot that night...we're going for the retro '50s look; bowling shirt, black jeans, and two-tone shoes. Well I just got the top half of the ensemble on eBay: Vintage Jax Beer Bowling Shirt.
You cats and kittens gotta get hip to the scene, dig?
Shweeeet!
