Played classical guitar for a birthday party for Harvey Picker in Camden. The party was behind the house in a tent sort of attached to the house with clear plastic curtains and overlooking the ocean. They had heaters going, but it was fairly cold for playing. After 45 minutes I had to plunge my hands in front of the heater.
An older gentleman fell on the deck midway through the party...we didn't know if it was a heart-attack or not, but some doctors were there, and attended to him and called the ambulance...a little lull for the party...hope he's okay.
Catered by Swan's Way, so there were some great treats: smoked scallops, scallops wrapped in bacon, spicy grilled shrimp, and calamari with tomato pesto. And Smokey McKeen from Pemaquid Oysters was there shucking some yummy raw oysters on the half shell with 3 sauces to experience, normal cocktail sauce, a mustard sauce, and a cool cilantro sake sauce!
